Borovets Bike Park Open Cup 2012

After last year's success of Borovets Bike Park Open Cup, which attracted nearly 200 competitors from home and abroad, Borovets this year will again host a close race. On June 22 to 24, the resort will welcome professional bikers from around the world Borovets Bike Park Open Cup - a competition that is part of the calendar of international cycling union and carries points of world ranking.
Last year the race was won by brothers Rob and Ed Smith from Britain, which again this year say they will get on the podium, but competition is expected to be even more challenging because some of the biggest names in the industry have already confirmed their presence. The Bulgarian scene also has some serious competition, which will be at home and have greater chances of success in the competition.
The participants will be divided into several categories - DHI MAN 17 +, which can be involved only people with a valid racing license to the International Cycling Union (UCI), and four open categories, which can include all willing - Junior 15 + Men 17 +, Women 15 + and 15 + Hardtail. All who wish to participate in the race, it is necessary to record here in advance by completing a special form for registration. Preliminary bookings run from May 23 and will continue until June 20, all overdue will be able to enroll on the spot, but the fee for participation will be higher. The entry fee for pre-registration will be 50 BGN, but after the deadline for fall enrollment fee will be 70 BGN
The organizers from Concept Creative and Borosport have provided improvements and changes to the race route and we promise to prepare perfectly for the days of the race to make the race more interesting and enjoyable for participants.
